After your initial consultation, we’ll carry out a full home consultation to tailor your system and provide a final guaranteed price.
During your consultation we will:
- A key part of any heat pump installation is the home consultation. During this visit we will measure the heat load of your home, take notes of any radiators or underfloor heating, hot water cylinder locations or planned locations if you have a combination boiler, and give you a final price. You may not have to change any radiators or your hot water cylinder however we do need to visit your home to determine this.
- Discuss where you would like everything installed. Heat pump installations do have more components than a boiler, so it's important we find a home for them all!
- Help you understand savings with your existing fuel costs. Ultimately, you are the boss, and we will design with your goals in mind.
- Discuss anything else related to your install. Remember, we are here to help

Now that you have your initial quote and savings projections, the next step is to design your heat pump system. This requires a visit to your home from one of our team, measuring the building, and creating a proposal. This service is charged subject to your location, starting at £99 + VAT. Upon selecting your survey time using the button below, a member of the team will call you to arrange this, and take the necessary payment.
This process is essential to calculate the heat load of your building, It can't be done remotely, or by your EPC data.
